I found your report comprehensive and very professional, your knowledge is A+++ I suggest you market your services to the real estate brokers in the area you want to service. Most inspectors charge a minimum of $300 for the same service. That’s allot for two hours of work. However, if you came in at your normal $225 and it became known, I bet you’d have more business than you could handle. Thank you for all your help.

Ludwig’s inspections are very thorough, very well priced, and can always squeeze you into his schedule when your on a time restraint. I use him on every home that I buy, or any friend or family that buys anywhere in the Bay Area. He’s also very good at pre-sale inspections for people prepping their home to go on the market. You won’t be disappointed with him.
Service was excellent. They really took the time to inspect all aspects of the house. Inspection took about 3 hours. They went into the attic and actually walked the roof (not just looked from a ladder). I stayed for the inspection and they were very friendly and helped explain things and how to make your house more energy efficient as well. After inspecting everything they go over all their findings with you. You promptly get a report the next day listing everything that was found.
I thought the home inspection service you provided me for one of my prospective rental purchases was excellent. You not only inspected the house but provided information on the units in the house and the possible problems that were likely to happen in the near future. I liked your services so much that I have recommended your inspection services to my sister who is a registered Florida real estate agent. Thank you so much for pointing out all the items in the house that would have required fixing as well as the type of wiring that if had not been replaced would have increased my home owners insurance greatly.
