They went into the attic and actually walked the roof (not just looked from a ladder). I stayed for the inspection and they were very friendly and helped explain things and how to make your house more energy efficient as well. After inspecting everything they go over all their findings with you. You promptly get a report the next day listing everything that was found.”

I found your report comprehensive and very professional, your knowledge is A+++ I suggest you market your services to the real estate brokers in the area you want to service. Most inspectors charge a minimum of $300 for the same service. That’s allot for two hours of work. However, if you came in at your normal $225 and it became known, I bet you’d have more business than you could handle. Thank you for all your help.
