I've used Divinity twice, and they are a great company to work with! Both inspectors I worked with were professional and very knowledgeable about everything. They were helpful in describing any issues they found to someone not trained in this field, which made me feel more confident with the inspections. During the first inspection, the inspector found a significant problem with the house, ultimately leading me to back out of the purchase, dodging a potentially very expensive bullet (the floor/foundation in the bathroom was not secured properly and posed a safety risk).
