DO NOT USE!!!!! When you seek out a home inspector, you hope they will do a good job, find issues, and save you money. Divinity has failed to do this for me. By far the worst inspection experience. Its simple stuff. Like turning faucets on, running the garbage disposal, running a dishwasher, noticing there is a different color breaker in the electric box, checking outlets, and the list goes on. Again, reconsider these people.

Marcus did a great job during the inspection and provided me feedback before I left the home as I had to leave early for a flight. After reviewing the report I had a question on a Saturday and left a message at the Divinity website. Ludwick the owner called me (Marcus did not work on Saturdays), explained the content of the report and then went the extra way in reviewing a video of the remediation work performed. The overall experience was just outstanding. Truly a customer centric organization and great example of leadership starting from the CEO. I would strongly recommend Divinity Inspection to others.

When I called, they gave me an appointment for very next day. Arrived exactly on time, got to work immediately after introducing himself. Performed inspection of roof and underside through crawl space, etc. in less than an hour and explained the report would be emailed to me. It arrived a short time later and was able to forward to my insurance company to obtain the premium discount it may afford. I recommend this company highly.

I've used Divinity twice, and they are a great company to work with! Both inspectors I worked with were professional and very knowledgeable about everything. They were helpful in describing any issues they found to someone not trained in this field, which made me feel more confident with the inspections. During the first inspection, the inspector found a significant problem with the house, ultimately leading me to back out of the purchase, dodging a potentially very expensive bullet (the floor/foundation in the bathroom was not secured properly and posed a safety risk).
